Midway Elementary Costume Parade!
Parent Teacher conferences are on November 7th. For high school seniors and their parents, we have TRIO coming in for FAFSA and financial aid questions for college. Job service will also have a booth to discuss opportunities for workforce and career training.
We had the pleasure of welcoming visitors all the way from Kenya! David Mbae and Dorothy Kagendo toured our food pantry, visited our elementary classrooms, and shared their insights and experiences with students as guest speakers in our World History class. It was an incredible opportunity for our students to learn about life in Kenya and hear first-hand stories about a different culture. What are Boo Grams?
Boo Grams are a fun way to send your friends, teachers, kids, grandkids or any
of the Midway staff a little love this Halloween! Kids can have them sent out for
siblings, friends, teachers, or staff, and parents or grandparents can have them
sent out for their kids or grandkids. Just $1 gets a fun bag of Puppy chow with
their name on it and who it is from. All the proceeds go to Midway PTO. This year
we are fundraising for NEW PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT!!!!
